Is Symantec (SYMC) up for some long-term upside?

Symantec (SYMC), an American software and Fortune 500 company based in California and that notably provides cybersecurity softwares and services, including the well-known Norton, has reportedly experienced unusual activity from options traders. Indeed, SYMC has reached a multiyear support for the second time this year after a sharp drop from a record high at around USD 34 in September 2017 to around USD 19 in recent days. As a result, is it a buy opportunity?
