McCormick & Company, Incorporated was formed in 1915 under Maryland law as the successor to a business established in 1889. McCormick is a global leader in flavor. The company manufactures, markets and distributes spices, seasoning mixes, condiments and other flavorful products to the entire food industry–retailers, food manufacturers and foodservice businesses. Its major sales, distribution and production facilities are located in North America, Europe and China. In August 2017, it completed the acquisition of Reckitt Benckiser‘s Food Division from Reckitt Benckiser Group plc including market-leading brands French’s®, Frank’s RedHot® and Cattlemen’s®.
