It secures access to low-cost capital to support real estate acquisitions that increase earnings. Since its 1994 listing on the NYSE, it has increased real estate assets (at cost) from $451 million to $19.8 billion, annual revenue from $49 million to $1.485 billion and annualized cash dividends from $0.90 per share to $2.808 per share.

12/10/2020 – Realty Income Corporation (O) declared an increase in the company’s common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2345 per share from $0.2340 per share.
